Entrepreneur and Artist Paula Parker, owner of Paula Parker Designs, Austin, Texas, today announced the unveiling of a new series of "Small Art" at Beyond the Red Door boutique and studio in Round Rock.

Two-Thirds of Employees Want to Change Job Says New Research

Fifty nine percent of employees confess to checking job listings and job Websites while at work and 19 percent have their details registered with a recruitment agency, headhunter or online job service. Forty one percent already have an up-to-date CV ready to go.

Worryingly for employers, almost a third of those interviewed claim to have no loyalty towards the organisation they work for. In fact, the chances are that employees will be moving on sooner rather than later. Twenty six percent plan to stay in their current job for less than 12 months, with a further 24 percent saying they will leave their existing employer within one to two years.

DBSi Receives $1.67 million in Economic Development Funding

DBSi, the region's largest provider of high availability data center services, will receive $1.67 million in funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development. This funding will aid the development of DBSi's new 228,600 sq. ft. Hosting and Recovery Advanced Technology Center at TEK Park, a former AT&T Technologies complex outside of Breinigsville, PA in the western portion of the Lehigh Valley.

In a recent interview, Northern California-based economist David L. Smith challenged policymakers and media pundits to rethink their prescriptions for the U.S. economy. Recessions also discourage lenders from granting loans to un-creditworthy borrowers and weed out bad loans through defaults, all of which has the effect of preventing the accumulation of unhealthy levels of debt, such as we now have weighing on the economy."
